Superintendent of Parks and Open Space - The Town of Superior is accepting applications for Superintendent of Parks and Open Space. This position reports to the Director of Parks, Recreation and Open Space. This position will be responsible for the maintenance and improvement of over 600 acres of parks, trails and open space. Requires a related college degree and 3 – 5 years supervisory experience in a comprehensive parks, landscape and/or open space maintenance program. Position requires working in the field with limited staff. Requires management of contractors and consultants. Must have knowledge of landscape, irrigation, forestry and open space practices. $54,564 - $83,502 DOQ, plus a comprehensive benefits package. PART-TIME, SEASONAL AND TEMPORARY POSITIONS

The Public Works & Utilities Department of the Town of Superior is seeking candidates for the position of Temporary Field Maintenance Technician I. This is a temporary position which is assists with the maintenance of water, sewer and storm water systems, water meter installation and maintenance, street striping and maintenance, street sign installation, and snow removal. Requires high school diploma or GED equivalent. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and safe driving record. Previous experience and current CDL desired. Salary $10 per hour.

Audio Video Technician - The Town of Superior is accepting proposals for a contracted part-time Audio Video Technician position which performs camera and audio operations, editing and production of public meetings.  At the same time, this position will also be responsible for the live webstreaming of public meetings.  Work schedule includes evenings for the taping / broadcasting of Town Board and Planning Commission Meetings on the second and forth Monday of each month from 6 pm to approximately 10 pm as well as the first and third Tuesdays of each month from 7 pm to approximately 10 pm.  High School Diploma or equivalent required plus one year previous experience in the field or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides evidence that the applicant possesses the required knowledge, skills and abilities.  Pay range is $11.00 – $15.00 per hour DOQ.
