This year's event is sure to be the biggest and best to date with the addition of the 27th Annual Mile High Chili Cook-off. This International Chili Society sanctioned event will draw some of the best chili cooks from around the state to compete in the Traditional (red), Chili Verde and Salsa categories. The winners from the competition will advance directly to the ICS World Championships in Omaha, NE. Interested in being a part of the competition?
